The programme aims at polishing a student’s talent of Drawing and Painting. It practically enriches the student with all the possibilities in the field of Drawing and Painting along with the theoretical aspect of the subject like History of Art, Aesthetic, Modern Art etc. One can be self-employed and work in these areas such as glass painting, tattoo designing, conventional canvas painting, pot painting etc. There are equal opportunities in both the Government and Private fields. One can be Visiting Artist, Commercial Artist, Muralist, Painter, Teacher etc.

Eligibility
- Bachelor’s Degree in any faculty with 50% marks in aggregate or 45% marks in the subject concerned or equivalent examination OR
- Master’s degree from GNDU or another University in another subject and in another faculty.
- For M.A. (Fine Arts) examination, a candidate shall be eligible Provided she has completed the prescribed course in a college on regular basis and only regular candidate shall be eligible.
